International talents’ visits to Chinese enterprises

To truly understand China, it is not enough to only have the experience of studying in a Chinese university. According to a survey conducted by the CSCSE, more and more international students want to stay in China after graduation . They wish to be hired by Chinese enterprises, learn about their history of development, participate in the development of enterprises and realize their personal career development and future dreams in these Chinese enterprises. Meanwhile, as Chinese enterprises are becoming more international and setting up branches overseas or undertaking international projects, their demand for the foreign talents who have studied in China is also on the rise.

Since the year of 2018, the CSCSE has organized six group visits among foreign students studying in China to meet the needs of Chinese enterprises and international students. So that the vast number of international students can experience the development of Chinese enterprises and sci-tech progress, to deepen their understanding of Chinese enterprises. Students listened to the briefings of enterprises when visiting the BAIC Group, Taikang Group, Shenmo Education, PowerChina International Group Ltd, CNPC Richfit and China Railway Construction Corp (International) Ltd. Some enterprises conducted on-site job interviews with visiting international students after the visit.
